Regulations for the Use of DeLuxe Apartments
1. General Provisions
1.1. These regulations define the rules for using rental apartments located at ul. Kapitańska 2 in Olsztyn.
1.2. Making a reservation signifies acceptance of these regulations.
1.3. The regulations apply to all persons staying in the apartments. Responsibility for these persons rests with the individual making the reservation, hereinafter referred to as the Client.
2. Reservations and Payments
2.1. Reservations can be made by phone at +48 781 429 699, via email at rezerwacje@zatokadeluxe.pl, or through online platforms where the property is listed.
2.2. A reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total reservation value before check-in.
2.3. The remaining amount must be settled no later than on the day of arrival.
2.4. Accepted payment method is bank transfer.
2.5. Phone reservations require subsequent confirmation via email, phone, or SMS within a specified timeframe.
2.6. In case of reservation changes, no-shows, or cancellations, the prepaid amount is non-refundable.
3. Check-in and Check-out
3.1. The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day.
3.2. Late check-out may be possible upon agreement and incurs an additional fee of 50 PLN for each extra hour.
3.3. In unforeseen circumstances beyond immediate control, the property reserves the right to offer the Client alternative accommodation or, upon agreement, a refund of the paid amount.
4. Apartment Usage Rules
4.1. The Client is obliged to use the premises in accordance with its intended purpose and to maintain and return the apartment in the condition found at check-in.
4.2. The number of occupants must not exceed the number specified in the reservation. Violation of this rule incurs an additional fee of 250 PLN per person per night.
4.3. The Client may not transfer the apartment to other persons, even if the paid period has not expired. Changing the reservation name or the person staying in the room must be agreed upon with the property staff.
4.4. When using air conditioning, windows and doors must remain closed. The air conditioning must be turned off each time the apartment is vacated.
4.5. Smoking tobacco, cigarettes, or e-cigarettes is prohibited in the apartment. Violation results in a financial penalty of 500 PLN.
4.6. If an unwarranted fire alarm is triggered and emergency services are dispatched, the client bears all associated costs. The cost for a single emergency response is 25,000 PLN.
4.7. Hosting social events in the apartment is strictly forbidden. Organizing a party that disturbs other residents may result in a penalty of 1,000 PLN.
4.8. Guests’ behavior should not disrupt the stay of other guests.
4.9. For fire safety, using heaters, irons, and other electrical devices not provided in the room is prohibited. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV devices and computers.
4.10. Any irregularities in the apartment should be reported as soon as possible by calling +48 665 508 208, allowing staff to respond and improve service standards.
4.11. Defects reported on weekdays will be addressed promptly unless their nature requires more time. Defects reported on weekends or holidays will be addressed on the next working day or the earliest available date. Clients will be charged appropriate compensation for damages caused by them.
4.12. Failures beyond control (e.g., utility supply, including internet, or equipment malfunctions) do not constitute grounds for reservation cancellation or price reduction. The Client is obliged to pay the full reservation amount.
4.13. The Client may be penalized for non-compliance with the regulations. In such cases, the payment made for the stay is non-refundable.
5. Complaints
5.1. Any remarks regarding the apartment should be reported immediately upon arrival.
5.2. Complaints will be addressed within 14 days of submission.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code apply.
6.2. The regulations come into effect upon publication.
